1) What we do (scope of service)

We help you find and buy a used car by organizing an inspection-first approach. Our service may include: coordinating access for an inspection, helping you communicate with a seller, and assisting with the logistics of your chosen next steps.

Any technical assessment performed during an inspection is limited to information reasonably observable at the time of inspection. We do not certify a vehicle’s condition as official.

2) No official certification; no guarantees

Inspections and findings provided through the service are informational and do not constitute an official certification, expert conclusion, or guarantee of future performance of the vehicle.

We do not guarantee that the vehicle is free from hidden defects, legal issues, mileage fraud, or that it will meet any specific performance or suitability requirements.

3) Scheduling and access

You may request an inspection by submitting a form on the website. If you select a time, that time is proposed subject to availability of the inspection arrangement and the seller’s cooperation.

We may rely on the information provided by you and/or the seller. If access to the vehicle is limited, delayed, or denied, the inspection deliverable may be reduced or unavailable.

4) Deliverables and how you receive them

Deliverables may include inspection notes, observations, and recommendations based on what was available during the inspection. We deliver them via the method communicated to you after your request (for example, by email or through the contact channel you used).

The service does not include legal representation unless expressly agreed in writing.

5) Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, stackbasenet.com (PE) and its representatives are not liable for decisions you make regarding purchasing a vehicle or for losses arising from issues not verifiable during the inspection.

We are not responsible for: inaccuracies in information provided by sellers; changes after inspection; refusal by a seller to cooperate; delays caused by third parties.

6) Distance-contract consumer information (Ukraine)

If you conclude a distance contract with a consumer and/or receive services arranged through this website, you are entitled to consumer rights information before contracting, including rules on withdrawal.

For distance transactions, the applicable right to refuse the distance contract depends on the nature of the contract (goods or services).

Information about the provider in electronic commerce must be available in a stable, direct way during electronic activity.

If consumer information about products is required, it must be provided in the state language of Ukraine.

7) Personal data and consent (Ukraine)

When you submit a contact/lead request, we collect personal data you provide (such as name and contact details) for the purpose of handling your request and communicating with you.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection and provide the required information about processing.
